Much more than smoke - frankincense extract.

Most of the Boswellia species known as frankincense are only known as incense, but they have also been used as phytotherapeutic agents for many centuries. If the stem and branches of the Salai tree (Boswellia serrata) are cut, a sticky, milky liquid will escape. Frankincense resin is produced by air drying.

The essential oils contained in the plant have a relaxing and antispasmodic effect and are considered disinfectant. Frankincense is traditionally used in various cultures. Frankincense extract also contains important vitamins: vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and vitamin B6, which among other things contribute to a normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system. As with many herbal remedies, its effectiveness has not always been clinically proven. Dr Direction for the rediscovery and appreciation of the medicinally usable Boswellia species was med. Hermann Philipp Theodor Ammon. Numerous studies have therefore been carried out at the University of Tübingen.

Consume 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid. Best with a meal.
