D-mannose occurs in many types of fruit, for example in apples, oranges and peaches, and in small quantities in some types of berries such as blueberries or cranberries. Although D-mannose is a monosaccharide (simple sugar) and is related to glucose, there is a big difference compared to glucose: D-mannose is absorbed in the body many times slower than glucose, so that a large part of it is excreted unchanged in the urine. Only a small part is metabolized.

D-mannose also has the ability to bind and flush out various bacteria as it travels through the bladder.

Consume 3 x 1 measuring spoon (3 x 1.5 grams) daily between meals with tea or water. The interval between meals should be at least one hour.

Storage information: Keep the can tightly closed after use. Store cool, not above 25 degrees and dry.
